Return and Refund Policy

Eligibility and Return Window

Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email us at support@nomadex.co.uk. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after 30 days.

How to Return an Item

Request a Return:

Contact us at support@nomadex.co.uk with your order details and reason for the return. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Receive Instructions:

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Prepare Your Package:

Ensure the item is securely packed to avoid damage in transit.

Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. This may take up to 7 days. No restocking fees apply.

Exchanges

If you’d like to swap an item for a different one, email us at support@nomadex.co.uk with the details. We’ll guide you through the exchange process.

Defective, Faulty or Incomplete Items

If you receive an item that is defective, non-functional, or incomplete, we will do everything we can to resolve the situation as quickly as possible. We recommend that you carefully inspect the goods immediately upon delivery. If you notice any damage, missing parts, or technical defects, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within a few working days of receiving the shipment.

In order for us to resolve the issue effectively, please have your order number, a description of the defect, and ideally photos that will help us assess the situation ready and send them to us by email support@nomadex.co.uk. Once we receive this information, we will offer you a suitable solution.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@nomadex.co.uk. Once an order is processed, cancellations may not be possible.
