Order Cancellations
To cancel your order, contact us at support@nomadex.co.uk as soon as possible. Cancellations cannot be processed once the order has been prepared for shipping.
Shipping Process
Once you have completed your order, you will receive a confirmation email informing you that your order is being processed. This step usually takes 1-3 working days (Monday - Friday), during which time we prepare everything necessary for shipment. Once your order is ready for shipment, you will receive another email with shipping details, including a tracking number, so you can conveniently track the delivery process.
Delivery itself usually takes 4-6 working days (Monday - Friday), depending on the carrier and destination. The entire process is designed to be as smooth as possible, giving you an overview of each step until the package arrives at your door.

We deliver orders anywhere within the United Kingdom. Shipping is free on all orders.
Track Your Order
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with a confirmation and tracking number. This allows you to check where your package is and when it will arrive at any time. Defective, Faulty or Incomplete Items
If you receive an item that is defective, non-functional, or incomplete, we will do everything we can to resolve the situation as quickly as possible. We recommend that you carefully inspect the goods immediately upon delivery. If you notice any damage, missing parts, or technical defects, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within a few working days of receiving the shipment.
In order for us to resolve the issue effectively, please have your order number, a description of the defect, and ideally photos that will help us assess the situation ready and send them to us by email support@nomadex.co.uk. Once we receive this information, we will offer you a suitable solution.
Delays
If the maximum processing and delivery time for your order has expired and your shipment has not yet arrived, there is no need to worry. We recommend waiting another 2 working days (Monday to Friday), as in some cases there may be delays on the part of the carrier. Be sure to use your tracking code to check the current status of your shipment.
If your order still hasn't arrived after this additional period, please be patient and wait another 3 working days. If your shipment still hasn't arrived after that, please contact us at support@nomadex.co.uk and provide your order number. Our team will immediately look into the situation and help you find a solution.
